5Dimes Deposit Methods
One of the best things about this American betting site is their credit card processors. If your card has not worked on other sportsbooks it will likely work on 5Dimes! They currently accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All 5Dimes deposits are discrete which means it will not appear as a betting site on your monthly statement. You can also fund your 5Dimes account through person-to-person money orders, debit card transfers, Bitcoin, and cashiers checks. Full marks are allocated for this part of our 5Dimes review!
Available Games
You can bet on all major North American and European sports leagues at 5Dimes. This includes football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, golf, tennis, motor racing, MMA, boxing, horse-racing, AFL, rugby, cricket, and wrestling. You will also be able to bet on many lower-division matches with their high quality live-betting interface. Chances are if there is something you want to bet on 5Dimes will have a line available.
Betting Markets
5Dimes offers a wide range of betting markets on their available games. On top of the traditional markets (moneylines, totals, spreads) you will have access to countless team and player props. You can bet on team totals, player head-to-heads, halftime lines, season point totals, and championship futures. They are also one of the earliest American betting sites to post their lines. This gives knowledgable sportsbettors an advantage to beat the line movement.
Competitive Odds
5Dimes is a high-limit betting site. This means that they accept large wagers on most of their moneylines, spreads, and totals. While this might not mean a lot to casual sportsbettors it does mean that you will have access to sharper odds. Low-limit betting sites tend to further adjust their lines making the square side of a game worse to bet on. You will not need to worry about any of that at 5Dimes. This makes this a great American betting site for individuals looking to keep an active balance at only one sportsbook.
Livebetting Systems
5Dimes in-play wagering is currently split over two livebetting systems. The most popular one is Livebetting Ultra. This in-play system will allow you to bet on thousands of football, basketball, ice hockey, baseball, soccer, and tennis matches each day. This includes lower division teams that you probably have not heard of before. This is very similar to the insane livebetting systems featured on many European betting sites. You will also be able to place in-play wagers through the Livebetting Extra system. While this one has a smaller selection of games you will have a larger selection of unique betting markets to choose from.
Customer Support
5Dimes have one of the best customer support teams in the online sportsbetting industry. You will be able to contact them via live-chat, e-mail, and through phone-call. All three methods will connect you to a support agent in under a minute.
Here is our 5Dimes review condensed into a list of pros and cons!

BetOnline allow customers to fund their accounts in a variety of ways. All deposit transactions are discrete, which means it will not show up as a betting site on your credit card statement. This sportsbook accepts many different types of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express. They also accept MoneyGram and WesternUnion money orders. Some other deposit methods that are accepted at BetOnline include Bitcoin, JCB, check, bank wire transfers, and sportsbook transfers. Skrill and NETELLER eWallets are available to European users. Deposit minimums vary between method. The lowest you can deposit is $20 via Bitcoin, and $50 via credit card.
BetOnline Payout Time
The most popular way to withdraw funds from BetOnline is via check. They offer two-day express checks, seven-day courier checks, and two-week mail checks. Similar to the deposit methods, these checks will be discrete. There will be no mention of it being from an online betting site, so you do not need to worry about your bank asking questions. Bitcoin payouts are always the quickest, as you will typically have your funds in under 24 hours. They also offer bank wire transfers, ATM cards, and sportsbook transfers.
Games and Betting Markets
BetOnline offers thousands of games to bet on each day from all North American and many European leagues. Every baseball, basketball, football, and hockey game will be available to wager on. BetOnline also covers all of the major European, Oceanic, and South American soccer leagues (which includes the second and third tiers). They also cover all of the major tournaments for cricket, tennis, horse-racing, rugby, bowling, and AFL. On top of offering all of the traditional betting markets (money-lines, totals, point-spreads), BetOnline have a wide range of additional markets including player props, team props, team totals, and quarter/half wagering. They also cover all forms of betting including straight wagers, parlays, teasers, and if-reverse.
Competitive Odds
BetOnline are known for being one of the first sportsbooks to post their basketball and football lines. For those who have betting experience, this is a massive advantage. Spreads and totals move constantly throughout the day/week depending on the distribution of action. Other American sportsbooks wait until the markets settle before releasing their lines. This prevents the sportsbook from being exposed to early action, but it is unfair to the customers. If you have knowledge of betting markets and can identify value in an opening price, BetOnline’s early lines is the perfect thing for you.
The only issue we find with some of BetOnline’s early lines is that they have relatively low limits ($200-250). Lines available later on in the day (or week, for football) will have higher limits (+$2,000). While this will be a non-issue for casual gamblers, it may be something to consider for individuals who intend to risk larger amounts. Overall BetOnline’s lines are fairly competitive, and hold a partial reflection of the current betting market. This makes it a perfect sportsbook for individuals looking for a primary American betting site.
BetOnline Livebetting
We can confidently say that BetOnline has the best live-betting system out of all American betting sites. They enable in-play wagering on hundreds of games each day across all sports leagues. In the morning, you can wager on European soccer, basketball, and hockey. In the afternoon, you can relax and enjoy livebetting on every hockey, football, basketball, and baseball match. BetOnline’s interface is very clear and responsive. You will be able to see the current score, which team is in possession, recent plays, and statistical breakdowns for every game. They also offer a healthy assortment of in-play markets for you to choose from. One factor that we really enjoyed is that they does not restrict you to commercial-only betting. This means you can place wagers during the run of play, which can be a big advantage to savvy bettors.
BetOnline Customer Support
You can be connected with a sportsbook support agent in under one minute through a variety of different service methods. They offer live-chat, toll-free phone, and e-mail support. All customer service agents are very helpful and will be able to resolve any issues you have in a matter of minutes. They carry a large support team so queue times are typically very short.

For the most part, PayPal has been everyone’s first online wallet. Its the most recognized name in the industry, and its very convenient for protecting your information when buying or selling items online. However, this is not without a few major flaws which keep sportsbooks from accepting PayPal as a deposit or payout method. On top of imposing very strict anti-gambling clauses in their terms of conditions, PayPal employs a bunch of idiots in their fraud department who for whatever reason are unable to recognize false-claims. This makes PayPal a dangerous payment option, especially in an industry where you are not always dealing with the most honest customers. Only certain European sportsbooks that are verified vendors accept PayPal.
Although most sportsbooks are very safe, the majority of people do not feel comfortable sharing their credit card or banking information online. And thats perfectly fine. Which is why I am going to tell you how you can still use PayPal to deposit and withdraw from your online American sportsbook accounts even if that is not an accepted payment method.
Understanding Cryptocurrencies
Lets get this out of the way first; no sportsbooks accept PayPal. If you ever run into a sportsbook that does, avoid it at all costs. This is a red-flag that they are running a sketchy operation, and you should not take that risk as there are other viable options available regardless of where you live. You are likely dealing with an illegal bookmaking operation, which is incredibly dangerous.
The work-around I am going to describe today can be used by anyone, but its especially convenient for American users who generally are limited in their payment transfer options due to governmental gambling restrictions. With the rise of cryptocurrencies over the past year, many mainstream sportsbooks have begun to accept Bitcoin as a deposit and payout method. Bitcoin is a difficult concept to grasp for some, so for the sake of this article I will keep it simple. Think of Bitcoin as another currency; its value compared to the US dollar will go up and down from day to day, hour to hour. Its safe and stable, so you do not need to worry about any crashes that could come at the moment you purchase Bitcoin. In fact, Bitcoin is actually safer than most payment transfer methods as its non-refundable. As soon as you send the Bitcoins to someone else, thats it.
Its also untraceable and anonymous, making it a great option for Americans looking to fly under the radar with their gambling activity. If anyone inquires about the nature of your PayPal activity, all you need to tell them is that you were experimenting with cryptocurrencies. Simple, right?
The Work Around
I will go into more step-by-step detail in the next section, but what we are going to do is acquire Bitcoin via a method of your choosing, then fund our sportsbook account with that cryptocurrency. Once we want to withdraw, we will receive our payout in Bitcoin, which can then be sold for PayPal.
As mentioned above, we know that Bitcoin is non-refundable, and PayPal is. For some unexplained reason, PayPal refuses to hire competent individuals to run their fraud department. The people they staff seem to get off on awarding disputes to the wrong party more often than not. Its an absolute circus, but thats a rant for another day. Because of this, its pretty much impossible to find anyone selling Bitcoin that accepts PayPal as a payment method. But don’t worry, there are plenty of other ways to buy Bitcoins. The most notable method that Frostbet personally recommends is Coinbase – we will discuss this in the next section.
Now you might be asking yourself, when it comes time to request a withdrawal (which we will receive in Bitcoin), and we want to sell it for PayPal, doesn’t that put us at risk? The way Bitcoin-to-PayPal sales work is that the person performing the transfer will buy your Bitcoin for a small percentage below market value. This ‘commission’ is how they earn their money. I will explain how to find a trusted seller below. These individuals have built up a reputation, and would never tarnish all of the commission they earn for a one-time scam. Alternatively, you could also use Coinbase as described above to perform your transfers.
Lets get into the details!
Step #1 – Getting a Bitcoin Wallet
The first step towards using Bitcoin as a sportsbook funding method is to get a Bitcoin wallet. This will be the account that you can send and receive Bitcoins from. If you have an iPhone, this can be as simple as downloading an app. The one that Frostbet personally recommends is Bread Wallet (we have no affiliation to them. We just like their app since it has a simple interface which is important for Bitcoin rookies). You can find this in the app store.
When you download the app, you will be prompted to create an account. It is crucial that you write-down (on paper, and digitally) the information that the app tells you to write-down. In the event that something happens to your phone, you want to be able to recover your account. Bitcoin wallets do not use the traditional username/password log-in system. Instead, you will be given a Bitcoin address which will look like your 4-year old daughter just inputted gibberish on the keyboard.
Once your account is synced up, you are ready to purchase Bitcoins.
Step #2 – Purchase Bitcoins via Coinbase
Click here to create a Coinbase account. For the same reasons stated above, Coinbase does not accept PayPal as a transfer method. However, you can use pretty much any other option to purchase Bitcoins. This means that if you do not trust your credit card or banking information with your sportsbook, you can use Coinbase as a pseudo-middleman for your transaction. This is a company worth nearly one billion dollars, so there should be no reason for you to be skeptical of their authenticity.
You will also benefit from the fact that your payment will be processed through a known company, rather than using illegal payment processors. If you ever deposited funds into an American sportsbook, you will notice that your credit card will your deposit as purchasing outdoors equipment or camera parts from online companies. This does help keep your activities secure to a certain degree, but going through Coinbase will be the grand slam.
MyBookie is an American betting site that accepts customers from the United States. They are a relatively new US sportsbook which has been purchasing advertisement spots on ESPN radio. They offer new customers a large signup bonus along with multiple loyalty bonuses for long-time members. In our MyBookie review we will take a look at their offered deposit methods, payout time, available games, betting markets, quality of odds, and livebetting. This MyBookie review is provided by American Betting Site.
GTBets provides American-users a decent alternative to some of the mainstream options. With great sign-up bonuses, many deposit options, and fast payouts, GTBets is a reliable option for those looking to bet on the mainstream games and markets. However, they do come up short in certain areas, especially their god-awful user interface. I am not even kidding when I write this, but I got a head-ache just by taking the screenshots for this review!
Deposit Bonuses and Promotions
When you sign up for a new account at GTBets, you will get access to all sorts of great bonuses. You will receive a match on your first deposit: Either 100% if the amount is less than $250, or 50% if the amount is higher. Most sportsbooks only offer around $150-200 in bonus dollars, which makes GTBets offering something that cannot be passed up. On top of this, you will receive various reload bonuses each time you top-up your account. All of these great rewards will automatically be applied to your account upon signing up using Frostbet’s exclusive bonus link below.
One of the most creative promotions that GTBets offer is the ability to pick your favorite football and basketball teams. Once selected, you will gain free spread-points in your favor when betting on those teams. You could either bet with your heart and pick the home-town team, or bet with your head and choose a team that you think you will be betting on frequently in the upcoming season. The decision is yours.
To take advantage of all of GTBets bonuses, sign up for an account using the link below. The promotions will be automatically credited to your account. Our bonus-checker ensures that this bonus is not only still active, but the best promotion on the market.

Availability
One of GTBets greatest benefits is that it can be used by Americans, regardless if they live outside of the state of Nevada. It is also available to Europeans. Canadians are not allowed.
User Interface
When I set out to review all of these betting sites, I was confident that I would not stumble upon a user interface that was uglier than 5Dimes. GTBets raised me all-in, turning in one of the ugliest websites I have ever seen in my life. Its really orange and really blue, which are two colors that do not work together, sister. This is an absolute disaster. You can navigate between sports, casino, and horses using the horizontal main menu. If you want to sort through sports, good luck, because you have to use a fixed scroll-bar module. Is this 1998? I have reviewed a ton of sportsbooks since launching Frostbet, but never have I seen something like this. What a piece of work.
I bet you did not see this coming but it gets worse. Finding the game or market that you want to lock in is an optical illusion. Switching between straight-bets (labeled ‘side/total’), if/reverse, and parlays are done using a drop-down menu on top of the betting interface. This is a bit unconventional, but for the most part its fine. But when it comes to picking between moneylines, first-fives, and first inning props for baseball (as an example), it gives you a headache. I do not really need to write much more about it, just take a look for yourself in the screenshot below. Having a nice user interface is important to attracting new customers. If people get confused right off the bat, its hard to see them using your sportsbook.
This part of the review makes GTBets out to be the worst thing ever created, when in reality its not. Its actually a pretty good sportsbook, wrapped in one big flaw. And I can’t overlook it, since although our parents told us to never judge a book by its cover, more sportsbettors do just that.
I am not trying to be mean GTBets, I am just being brutally honest. Its 2015, update your interface if you want to make it in this industry.
Available Games
GTBets offers all of the major games, including some minor sports, and lower-division soccer matches. Overall, their selection of games is decent for a site that accepts American action. Unless you are looking for something that is specific and obscure, there is a good chance that GTBets will have it. You can use their left-hand scroll menu to work between sports, with expandable drop-down menus to sort between leagues and futures.
Betting Markets
Even for a sportsbook that takes American action, GTBets array of offered betting markets is a little bit disappointing. You will find all of the traditional options including moneylines, totals, team-totals, and sectors. They will have some of the more detailed options like no-score first inning lines for baseball, and period lines for hockey. But overall, compared to the other US sportsbooks, they are lacking in this department.
Livebetting
GTBets’ livebetting system is really nothing special. They will have a decent selection of games each day, which is more than most US sportsbooks offer. They also do not restrict you to commercial betting for most sports, which is a nice alternative but can cause a lot of locked markets. An update to their overall interface would likely lead to a more responsive and user-friendly in-play system. Until then, they will score an average rating in this category.
Quality of Odds
One area that I will give a lot of praise to GTBets is the quality of their odds. You will not find heavy skewing to the square of sharp side, which is an important criteria for users who are picking their one and only sportsbook. Unless you know exactly how to use shifted odds to your advantage (which, if you are reading sportsbook reviews, probably do not – no offense, just being realistic), then its important to have a site that preaches fairness. The odds at GTBets will more or less give you an accurate estimation at where the current market is at.
Deposit Time and Methods
This sportsbook offers a wide range of deposit methods, most of which are processed instantly (or at least much quicker than the estimated time period). Customers can use VISA and MasterCard as credit card options. Users also have the opportunity to use pre-paid cards such as Vanilla-brand cards if they do not want to disclose any of their information online. Individuals who plan to make deposits larger than $200 can use DirectCash and QuickCash. GTBets offers free processing for transactions larger than $200 using the latter-two methods (and a small $10 fee for those that are smaller).
GTBets also offer Skrill and NETELLER eWallet options. This is rare for a US sportsbook, and I commend them for offering them. These methods are very convenient, offering customers a PayPal-like option that ensures online transfer security. Frostbet personally recommends these two methods if you have them at your disposal.
Withdrawal Time and Methods
GTBets offers a wide range of payout options. Some of them have high fees, so its important to make sure you identify a method that you are comfortable with before signing up for an account and making a deposit. Their wire transfers are expensive for casual users, costing $60 per hit. Their courrier check service is currently unavailable, which is a bit disappointing and will cost them some marks in this review until this is resolved. It is crucial for a sportsbook, especially one with predominantly American clientele, to offer checks as they pretty much work for everyone.
DirectCash and QuickCash are also offered, however they request 8% of the payout amount which is a bit ridiculous. The same can be said about their fees for Skrill and NETELLER, which are a costly 10%. If you are fine with those fees, then I suppose those are convenient methods. Its all based on your preference, but I believe there are better options available at other sportsbooks that do not rob you for no reason.
However, HOWEVER, GTBets does offer one payout method that is very convenient and has a low fee. You can use back-to-card transfers to have funds sent back to the credit card that you used to deposit. This is very convenient, and it is processed very quickly. The fees are also very reasonable, which are $15 along with 1.5% of the requested amount. Thats not bad. To summarize, unless you really like one of the previously stated methods, you should only select GTBets if you plan to opt to use this method to receive your funds.
Customer Support
GTBets offers a very friendly customer support staff. They also fill one of my most important service experience criteria, which is offering all three of phone, e-mail, AND live-chat support. I cannot stress how important offering a live-chat system that is open during major sporting hours. Its the most convenient method, and could be the difference whether or not a user feels comfortable using your service.

An underrated American-friendly sportsbook in the online gambling industry, Sportsbetting.ag offers a great alternative for those who do not want to use one of the mainstream bookies. Outstanding deposit bonuses, a wide range of available games and markets, along with fast and reliable deposits and withdrawals make Sportsbetting.ag a sportsbook to consider for all American users.
Deposit Bonuses and Promotions
American-friendly sportsbooks are known for going a bit light on their newcomer bonuses. Sportsbetting.ag throws that stereotype out of the window, offering their new customers a platter of amazing bonuses.
New users will get access to a 50% bonus on their first deposit up to $500 in reward money, which is the highest out of any sportsbook we have reviewed on this website (and we are not done yet). This deposit bonus is paid in incremental free-bets, which is essentially the same thing as getting the bonus funds added to your account. While 50% is a smaller bonus percentage than 100% (as we have seen with a few other books), the fact that they offer a $500 upper-limit should make Sportsbetting.ag the ideal sportsbook for anyone looking to make a large first deposit between $500-1000. To take advantage of this, make sure you sign up for an account using Frostbet’s exclusive bonus link by clicking here, or using the button below.

Not sold yet? Sportsbetting.ag offers a ton of other Sportsbook promotions for those who sign up using Frostbet’s exclusive bonus link. Receive 6-cents of juice removed off all baseball lines. Most sportsbooks offer this for games that feature small favorites. Sportsbetting.ag says to hell to that, and offers them up to -194 (-200 normally). Availability
The great thing about Sportsbetting.ag is that anybody can bet with them. This includes Americans living outside of Nevada. No need to worry about a sketchy local bookie, everyone is welcome here!
User Interface
This sportsbook provides its customers with a clean interface that is easy to navigate. The right-hand column allows users to sort between sports, leagues, and betting markets. Users can also use the above navigation bar to move between the sportsbook, racebook, poker, casino, skill games, and the cashier. Placing a bet is simple. The interface allows users to swiftly maneuver between straight-bets, parlays, teasers, if-bet, and round-robins.It is important for a sportsbook to have a simplistic interface that is easy to navigate. Many individuals will choose Sportsbetting.ag as their first betting website. In order to provide the best experience possible, it is important that people understand what is going on! Sportsbetting.ag excel in this category, making it an ideal website for rookies!
Available Games
As I always do when writing these reviews that are American-friendly, I always compare them to their direct competition. This means that when I analyze the available games that Sportsbetting.ag provide, I will be comparing them to the other industry-leading betting sites that accept American action. This sportsbook provides a vast array of available games from all major and minor sports. On top of covering the everyday basics, you could always try your hand at lacrosse, softball, or… bowling. Thats a sport, right?
The sportsbook covers a large portion of all the games that an international industry leader would have, such as most of the top and mid-tier soccer leagues. Sportsbetting.ag receive a full-score for their available games.
Betting Markets
Sportsbetting.ag’s offered betting markets may fall short from other sportsbooks, but it should be enough for your average gambler. They offer all of the traditional markets such as moneylines, spreads, totals, team totals, and half/quarter lines. They also offer a hefty platter of futures bets for nearly every sport that they cover. On big events, they will offer a handful of player and team props which gives more options to the customer. However, compared to their competition, they fall a bit short in this category.
To be fair, I am being very strict with this section because, lets be honest, Sportsbetting.ag do a lot of things right, and very few things wrong. I want each betting site to strive to get better regardless of whether they are ranked as “Industry Leader” or “Needs Improvement”. If I were Sportsbetting.ag I would increase the offered markets for some of their medium-popularity markets, such as the mid-major international soccer leagues.
Live Betting
Sportsbetting.ag offers the best live-betting out of any website that accepts US customers. Thats a fact.
They offer a great live-betting system which nearly rivals the services offered by international giants such as Bet365 and Betfair. And thats hard to do. They do their best to not restrict you to between-innings/commercials-only in-play wagering which is something that other American-friendly sportsbooks fail to do. They have a wide array of offered live games, and even offer an advanced set of prop markets for a few primetime games that are nationally broadcasted. BetOnline receive full-marks for this section of the review.
It is also nice to see that they do not restrict their offered live-games to the major American sports. Rugby, soccer, and AFL are some of the non-mainstream options you will see on Sportsbetting.ag’s in-play system. That is pretty cool.
Quality of Odds
A lot of what we have seen so far is rather similar to Bovada, which is another sportsbook that is labeled to be American-friendly. Both of these websites offer great interfaces, promotions, and live-betting systems. They also look alike, sporting red and black color schemes. The reason why Sportsbetting.ag ranks so much higher than Bovada is due to the quality of their odds.
I have written a lot about this, but the Bovada network of sportsbooks always offer very square odds. This means that any spread, total, or moneyline will be more favored to whichever side “the general public would find more appetizing”. An example of this would be that favorites will be more favored, and totals will be higher (since squares love to bet on both of those things). Thats obviously a rash generalization, but its the best way for me to explain it for the sake of the review.
Unless you understand how to handle a square sportsbook like Bovada, you will have a lot of trouble finding an edge and turning a profit. I usually recommend Bovada as a secondary sportsbook to have whenever you want to bet against the public and take the sharp side (as you will get a better price than a standard sportsbook). But most people do not want to have more than one sportsbook, and in that case I always recommend staying far away from Bovada.
Your primary sportsbook should always be one that has fair odds. This means that they will not be quick to overreact to a game that could potentially receive one-sided action. As stated before, the only thing that really matters when you bet on sports for a living is how you use these oddities to your advantage. But for someone who is just starting off and wants their first sportsbook, it may be a bit much to handle. Thats why I highly recommend using Sportsbetting.ag as your introduction to the world of sportsbetting. You will always find fair odds, ensuring that your edge is not forcefully throttled away. This is one of the main reasons why Sportsbetting.ag will always be on top of my overall rankings, and Bovada will sit quietly at the bottom.
Deposit Time and Methods
One of the greatest things about Sportsbetting.ag is that they offer the most deposit methods out of any American-friendly sportsbook. They also process all of their payments very quickly, so you can have the money in your account to get started instantly.
Here is a list of all of the deposit methods they offer. This includes standard methods such as credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners’ Club, and Discover), and eWallets (Skrill, NETELLER, MoneyOrders). They are also one of the few sportsbooks that offer Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals. This will allow you to indirectly fund your account using PayPal, which is something that makes sportsbetting very practical. All of these deposit methods are instant.
You also have the option to choose slower methods such as bank wire transfers or cheques. These will take between one to two weeks to process. Given all of the great methods they accept, you should only opt to these latter two options if the other options simply do not cut it for you.
Withdrawal Time and Methods
Sportsbetting.ag processes all of their payouts in rapid fashion. You can expect to receive your funds before the projected time period, which is something that cannot be said about every american-friendly sportsbook (*cough* TopBet). The options that they offer are a bit slimmer than their deposit methods, but everyone should still be able to find a method that works for them. These include Person-to-Person, bank-wire transfers, cheques (mail, courier, and express options available), bitcoin (highly recommended for anyone as the transfer is nearly instant), and eWallets (Skrill and NETELLER).
You also have the option to perform a sportsbook transfer which will send the funds to another american-friendly sportsbook. If you have a withdrawal method that is not available on Sportsbetting.ag, but still want to take advantage of their great service, you can do your betting on the site and once it comes time to request a payout, you can have the funds transfered to this other sportsbook where you will make the official withdrawal to your bank account. A lot of people do this.
Customer Support
Sportsbetting.ag do it right, offering three different support methods in live-chat, phone, and e-mail. A lot of sportsbooks overlook the importance of having a live-chat system that is on all of the time. I have said it in pretty much every review, but when you are dealing with something as delicate as gambling you need to offer a discrete method that is available at the drop of a pin. Sometimes your issue cannot wait until you receive an e-mail response, and you do not always have the luxury of making a phone-call.
Sportsbetting.ag will have a customer service agent helping you with your issue in under 5 minutes regardless of which contact method you choose. That is something that certainly cannot be undervalued. Full marks.

TopBet offers great deposit bonuses and promotions. They also allow US citizens to bet on their website. Apart from that, they do not stand out in any other category. Their array of provided games, betting markets, and live-betting options is slim compared to other sports-books on the market, including those that are American-friendly. Its recommended that you take advantage of Frostbet’s TopBet deposit bonuses and promotions, then file for a divorce (with the sports-book, not your wife. Or both, I don’t care).
Deposit Bonuses and Promotions
When it comes to great deposit bonuses and a high-quality sports-book, a “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” phenomena appears.
(For the record, I hate that saying. I also hate people who use sayings. Just speak normally, man)
Low-quality sports-books normally offer great deposit bonuses to attract customers. They know that people are not likely to switch sports-books after they become accustomed with the one that they are using. This is observed with TopBet. They have great deposit bonuses, but thats about it.
If you sign up through Frostbet’s bonus link below, you will gain access to all of the following goodies when you sign up for a TopBet account:
– 50% first-deposit bonus (up to $250)
– $10 weekly NBA free-bet

Lets be honest, thats a pretty good package of bonuses for new members.

Availability
TopBet allows American customers, even if they are living outside Nevada or New Jersey. They do not allow Canadian users.
User Interface
TopBet’s website is easy to navigate. The left-hand side-bar allows you to navigate between sports and betting markets. Alternating between full-game, half-time, and quarter markets can be done using the top-bar once selecting a sport. Compared to some of the other sports-books on the market it is also somewhat graphically pleasing, with a black, yellow, and silver design. Selecting your bet-type can be done with the drop-down menu to the right of the betting markets.
While their interface is easy to use, there is one serious problem with TopBet’s website: Its so fucking slow. Seriously, it takes a long time to load each page. I initially thought this was just a one-off with slow servers, but as I checked the website a few more times over the course of a month I found it to be the norm. Thats a serious problem. There is no excuse for a sports-book to have very long wait-times. Either the website needs to be re-designed, or they should consider calling their hosting company and upgrading their package. Whenever you go to place a bet you will get a spinning-wheel. Its embarrassing. Marks deducted from one of the few categories they are average in.
Available Games
The best way to describe the set of games that TopBet provides is “eh”. Could be worse, but it also could be much better. They cover all of the major sports, and some of the sub-leagues for soccer. This is definitely a better option than certain local sports-books, which only cover the top American sports leagues. However, TopBet’s array of games does not even come close to matching up to those of Bovada or 5Dimes (two sports-books that are also american-friendly).
Available Betting Markets
In terms of the betting markets (what you can bet on for each game), TopBet once again falls short to their competition. Unless you are looking at one of the most popular events of the season, you will be hard-pressed to find anything other than the standard money-line, spread, and total options (for full-game, halves, and quarters). This does not give TopBet customers a lot of options to choose from when deciding what to bet on. I am always fair when reviewing American-friendly sports-books, as I compare them to other sites that allow US citizens. 5Dimes and Bovada will always offer a ton of team and player props for nearly every MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAAB, NCAAF, and top-tier soccer league game. Even in a big tournament such as the Gold Cup, TopBet drop the ball with their selections.
Live-Betting
Lets take a look at all of the games that will have live-betting enabled at TopBet on a busy Sunday.
Thats embarrassing. The only games that TopBet will offer live-betting for will be the once-a-week primetime game that everyone will be watching. And even will all of their focus on one game, they still do not have the courage to offer non-commercial locked betting. This means that you need to wait until play has stopped to place a bet. Thats old-school, time to get with the times.
Even with their pathetic live-betting system, they still restrict you to betting the standard markets (money-line, total, spread). Stop being such a prude, TopBet. Have a bit of fun for once.
Quality of Odds
I know I have ripped Topbet in this review for doing many things wrong, but I will give credit where credit is due. They offer pretty good odds. They do not throttle their customers with square lines, making the betting itself decent. Here is an example of the lines that three american-friendly sports-books (TopBet, 5Dimes, and Bovada) are offering for this week’s Sunday Night Baseball game:
TopBet (Angels -120, over 7.5 -115):
5Dimes (Angels -120, over 7.5 -140):
Bovada (Angels -126, over 7.5 -130):
In this example, on a primetime event, TopBet provide the least square line out of the three major sports-books that accept US action. I hate to draw generalizations based on one line, since the current price is largely associated with the specific betting distribution at that particular sports-book. I just wanted to use this example to show that TopBet are not as fast to move their lines for fear of mass square action. Its rare to find a sports-book with slow-moving lines. If you are knowledgable about how to take advantage of this, it can be very profitable.
Deposit Time and Methods
TopBet accept deposits via credit card, QuickCash, cheque, and debit card. Payments are processed instantly.
Withdrawal Time and Methods
All payouts are processed via courier cheque. Many users have experienced slower-than-projected payouts with TopBet. Until they add more withdrawal methods that are more convenient (such as eWallet or Bitcoin), they will continue to rank amongst the lowest in this specific category.
Customer Support
TopBet provides customer support via phone or e-mail. A lack of live-chat implementation with their customer support team takes away a lot of marks from this section. Its crucial to provide your users with all forms of ways to get in touch with support. When it comes to sports-betting, most users would prefer to have their issued resolved via live-chat.
